Fully aware that:

1. I often miss typographical errors, etc., when reviewing my own work;
2. Arguments that are clear to me may not be written so that they are clear to others;
3. There are bound to be sentences that could be written better; and
4. Others often have great ideas that I didn’t think of,

I want to thank you for taking the time to help improve this effort.

Please feel free to critique the brief as severely as you can. I am not wedded to what I’ve written. Rather, I am wedded to the goal of creating as powerful and clear a brief as is possible, so that we can get the judges to understand our position and (hopefully) to agree with it.

Spelling errors, formatting inconsistencies, illogical statements, lousy arguments, wasted space, hyperbole, etc. ... blast away!

I have very thick skin.
